When I first experienced the acoustics of this incredible space, I was filled with awe. The resonance and tranquility are truly remarkable. It is a privilege to be welcomed here, and I am honored to offer monthly "Second Sunday" sound baths in this beautiful, open space.
All are welcome to join us and please do. Whether you choose to sit or lie down in the pews or bring your own yoga mat to lie on the floor, bring a blanket and wear comfortable clothing that allows you to fully relax and receive the healing benefits of the sound bath.
No need to RSVP to this one, just come. Donations for Monterey food pantry will be happily accepted for this event.
